Founded in 1975 in Surabaya, Indonesia, PT. Sentral Teknik Surya (called as STS) has demonstrated a long and deep involvement in steel fabrication, steel construction, design and manufacturing tanks and vessels, mechanical installation, and industrial equipment’s design, fabrication, and installation.

With more than thirty five years experience in different types of industry and supported by its private workshop, technical tools, and skilled and certified resources, STS always provides strong commitment for the project success.

Services

We have main activities in design and manufacture tanks and vessels, mechanical installation, steel construction and steel fabrication, and industrial equipments’ design, fabrication, and installation.

We provide services for from scratch design & fabrication, initial installation & erection, repair, and modification works. Details of our services are as follow:

Design and Manufacture Tanks & Vessels – Stainless steel and carbon steel
Any type and size of storage tanks (stainless steel and carbon steel) for oil, petroleum, water, and chemical - Standard API 650 ;

Quality Control

As part of our commitment to provide the best value to customers, we always set a strict quality control to our services. We have set a quality checklist to our services:

Material/ Raw Material:

Production Process:

Non-destructive test (NDT): Radiography, Dye-penetrant, Ultrasonic (which is applicable)

This quality control checklist refers to the applicable technical standard, such as API 650 for storage tank, ASME for pressure vessel, ASME/ ANSI for piping, and AWS D1.1 for steel construction.



Certification

In order to maintain our high-quality standard, we set the company as registered fabricator for BP-MIGAS and Disnaker.

The periodically-updated registration has pushed ourselves to be always following the most updated standard and procedures requirement.
