Its properties are similar as copper and aluminium because it has the good electrical conductivity as copper and light weight as aluminium. 1.direct-current electronic resistivity: The electronic resistance of enamelled copper clad aluminium round wire is approximately 1.5 times of pure copper wire. When the resistance are the same, the weight of enamelled CCA round wire is about half of the pure copper wire. 2.good braze abilities: Because its surface is coated with a layer of pure copper, enamelled CCA round wire has the same braze ability as the pure copper wire. In the other hands it needn't have to do special treatment. 3. Light weights: The density of the enamelled CCA round wire is 1/3 of the pure copper wire which has the same diameter. Therefore it is effective to reduce the weights of the electric cable and the coil.
