HEATER BLADES (Alat penyambung PVC Watersatop)

Ukuran pisau pemanas : 2 " ( L) x 30 " ( P)
panjang tersebut sudah termasuk pegangan Pisau Pemanas untuk sambungan pvc waterstop.

Heater Blade adalah Pisau Penyambung dan Pemanas PVC Waterstop yang umum digunakan untuk sambungan dengan ukuran lebar dan bentuk profil yang sama. Pembersihan pisau pemanas setelah penggunaan untuk sambungan dapat memakai air dan bahan minyak bukan pelarut. Saat pemasangan dan pemanasan, letakan pisau pemanas diantara dua sisi lebar PVC Waterstop dan rekatkan hingga sisi kanan dan kiri meleleh 2 mm atau selama 40 detik kemudian angkat pisaunya dan tekan sambungan PVC Waterstop selama 20 detik hingga mengering sambil meratakan permukaan sambungan yang tidak rapi.

Pembersihan permukaan Pisau pemanas dilakukan dalam kondisi pisau masih panas dan disikat dengan sikat kawat sebelum penyambungan PVC Waterstop berikutnya.
