PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur is a State Owned Enterprise established in 26th February 2009. PTSMI's goal is to increase the development of infrastructure around Indonesia. To achive this goal, PTSMI has 3 main service: Project Financing, Project Preparation and Project Consultancy. Project financing is PTSMI's main service since established. Project Preparation is PTSMI's service to help the company prepare the infrastructure projects. And Project Consultancy is to help the company overcome the obstacle along the infrastructure project's path.

As a State Owned Enterprise, PTSMI also carries the government agenda to increase the public and private connection. For this role, PTSMI's create the Public Private Partnership Program to achieve the goal.
