Overlooking the Ayung River, this distinctive resort comprised of restored antique Javanese bridal homes is 4.5 km from Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and 3.5 km from Ubud Palace.

Individually decorated teak wood houses, ranging from rustic to chic, feature decor such as Moroccan rugs, Burmese lacquerware and Ethiopian woodwork, and come with free Wi-Fi and minifridges, but no TVs or radios.

Breakfast and afternoon tea are free. Other amenities include a restaurant serving a locally sourced, Balinese menu, plus a natural swimming pond and a spa. There's also a traditional Minang house for morning yoga. Rice paddy hikes can be arranged.
