Shipping and Handling

If customer finds the Product damaged upon receiving or has concern that the product is damaged upon receiving, customers can call the Carrier (UPS,DHL, or FedEx) to file a damaged package claim. Please contact Ardira Sport, Inc immediately to report a damaged product claim.

Shipping Details
The estimated shipment date on your order is subject to product availability, payment / verification processing time, And warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Orders placed on the weekends or on a holiday will Not be processed until the next business day. Please allow at least 2-3 business days to complete the Payment / verification process.

International Orders
For international orders, we accept payment by Bank wire transfer and Western Union. If You choose Bank wire transfer method of payment, you will receive a detailed payment request via e-mail within 24-48hrs of your order.
