What a day at the “Exec Roundtable: Agentic AI for Contact Center Intelligence at Park Hyatt Jakarta!” The Bridge Academy Indonesia was honored to be the only local company sharing insights on the real challenges of AI adoption in Indonesia—like 700+ local languages, tonal complexity, and the AI talent gap. We also explored how Agentic AI-AI can act and make decisions on its own—can revolutionize customer experience. The Bridge Academy Indonesia has launched a collaboration with iBlooming, an AI-based education platform from Hong Kong, to enhance its educational services. This partnership aims to broaden access to learning by offering multilingual training materials. Through AI integration, The Bridge Academy will translate video content into various languages, ensuring quality and accuracy through proofreading. This collaboration, formalized through an MoU signed on February 25, 2025, at the Millennium Centennial Center in Jakarta, will provide a global learning platform, fostering flexible and innovative education opportunities.
