Storage, Classification, Tracking & Analysis – Made Easy!

PlateQuality provides automatic storage of measurement values and images in a database so you can document and trace all measurements. This data contains job, customer, reference, and measurement values for easy classification. This makes finding and tracing measurement data quick and easy. PlateQuality also stores plate images, allowing further comparison and detailed quality analysis.

With PlateQuality, you can export your measurement data and images for further analysis and it lets your print multiple layouts for documentation purposes. High resolution images intended for offline service center analysis can be uploaded too.

Comprehensive Data

PlateQuality supports all types of control wedges with customizable reference curves. All associated and relevant data such as plate type, screening, platesetter and chemistry data can be stored for additional tracking.

Convenient Offline Measurements

For offline use, whole curve measurements can be transferred from the iCPlate2 XT or PlateScope readers to PlateQuality software. This makes it possible to take and record measurements without a direct connection to your computer.*

Capture Tool

The Capture Tool Software allows users to easily import measurement values and plate images directly into any Windows application, for quality tracking purposes.

PlateQuality software is included in PlateScope models and is optional for iCPlate2 models. The Capture Tool is provided with all plate control solutions.
