Our experienced staff are prepared to help you negotiate any visa requirements you may have, and we have a complete airline ticketing office in Medan where you can arrange local and international flights to and from other parts of Indonesia or other parts of the world. In addition, we are happy to arrange tours and accommodations for you outside of North Sumatra with our colleagues in Java and Bali.
Our staff consists of professionals within the travel industry, as well as experts in the local cultures of North Sumatra and Java. Members of our team have university degrees not only in tourism, but also in the field of ethnomusicology, the anthropological study of the musics of the world.
