We can ship products anywhere in the World. we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Shipping Bikes:
All bikes can be shipped directly to your door. We take care in packaging your bike and fully insure each bike.If you are visiting Our Warehouse, you can come in and purchase a bike, and we'll be happy to ship it home for you.
APO and Military
Lorin Express and FedEx will not deliver to an APO address, please use a street address of a friend or relative to help facilitate the delivery.
Return and Warranty Policy:
Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers. We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.
Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured trackable method to our store address.Shipping charges are excluded from refunds.
If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.
