Home Bikes opened in Indonesia (Jakarta) in January 2008. In late 2009 we expanded our store, more than doubling the showroom floor. Home Bikes was started by two people passionate about cycling, bikes, and sharing that passion. Our three major differences from other shops are Membership Rewards, Lifetime Service, and Cannondale.

The core principle of our business is to provide the best customer service possible. This transcends to the way we treat people, the programs we create, the employees we hire, the products we carry, the events we sponsor… Everything is about serving our customers the best.

Home Bikes is an active part in our community. We teach clinics and seminars to scouts and youth groups and are happy to do it. We are on city committees for health, fitness, and advocacy.

Shipping Bikes:
All bikes can be shipped directly to your door. We take care in packaging your bike and fully insure each bike.If you are visiting Our Warehouse, you can come in and purchase a bike, and we'll be happy to ship it home for you.

APO and Military
Lorin Express and FedEx will not deliver to an APO address, please use a street address of a friend or relative to help facilitate the delivery.

Return and Warranty Policy:
Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers. We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.

Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured trackable method to our store address.Shipping charges are excluded from refunds.

If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer bicycles to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises. Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.
